What types of products or services do you offer?
I offer eyebrow threading services & I sell products that are sourced from other small businesses that include women owned, Black owned, LGBTQ owned, Latino owned, social good & natural products.
How do you help your customers?
I offer a slice of home for everyone who walks in. I’m constantly regarded for having a very friendly, warm, & good smelling shop! I offer a very affordable beauty service for every single person. I have all genders, ages, and ethnicities that I cater to on a daily basis.
How did the business get started?
I started during the pandemic of 2020. I have been a cosmetologist for 12 years. I started due to an insatiable drive for being my own boss and pursing my childhood dreams of selling products.
What is your business’s relationship with the city of Akron and Akronites?
I have lived in Akron for 8 years, while being a business owner in Akron for 3.
Settled in the heart of Highland square, I would say my relationship with my local neighbors is like a bouquet of flowers. Every single one is very unique & beautiful. We all water each other & help each other grow.
How do you see your business growing into the future?
I’m not sure how much my business will evolve. It has grown to be the most amazing thing I could have ever created in 3 years. I love the place I am in with my business. I am very proud of what I have accomplished.
I’m not looking to expand or grow an empire. I am a very humble person. I think I will always just be a friendly neighbor who can give you gorgeous eyebrows & offer you the best lip balm you’ve ever had!
