There are two things that makes Jilly’s Music Room special: the incredible variety of local music acts and their 100% gluten-free menu. Jill opened the music and entertainment venue in 2013. Her vision of a completely gluten-free kitchen came from her experience with celiac disease.
Located in the Northside District of Downtown Akron, Jilly’s has a strong focus on community, supporting local organizations and causes in three core areas: community development, arts and culture, and social justice.

Jilly’s Music Room offers a 100% gluten-free menu, featuring American tapas-style dishes in the evening and brunch on the weekends.
- Jilly’s Signature Wings – jumbo cut wings with brown sugar chili dry rub, served with roasted red pepper goat cheese dipping sauce
- Tapas Sampler Platter – featuring wasabi deviled eggs, caprese stack, cured meats and cheeses, hummus, spinach artichoke dip, crostini and sweet pepper strips
- Buffalo Chicken Flatbread – choose from a cauliflower or risen crust topped with buffalo sauce, chicken breast, mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese
- Blueberry Brie Signature Waffle – gluten-free waffle topped with housemade blueberry lemon compote and creamy brie and served with seasonal fresh fruit
- Smoked Salmon Sweet Potato Toast – thick-sliced sweet potato grilled and topped with smoked salmon, capers, red onion and lemon honey vinaigrette
- Chicken & Waffles – crispy fried and house-battered chicken tenders served on top of a waffle with sriracha honey, with real Ohio maple syrup and seasonal fresh fruit
