Katie Carver Reed has lived in Highland Square for six years. She is President of Highland Square Neighborhood Association and the co-chair of PorchRokr Arts and Music Festival. She also works at Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and helps her husband operate his small business.
Katie says, “Although I’m not from Akron, the people have taken me in and made this my home. I love all of the city amenities with the small town feel where people know and look out for each other.”
