Meet David, in his own words:
Hello! My name is David Baker and I host a podcast called The Locals Podcast where I give local talent a platform to tell their stories and share their art.
Akron has been sorta a second home to me. I’ve played in bands that have performed all over Akron from the Empire to Musica. My old practice space was right down the road from The University of Akron!
Akron has been an amazing city full of incredible talent and beautiful spots to hang out. I have a lot of stories from the ole band days to scouting talent for my show today.
There is a lot of history and beauty here that sometimes gets over looked, and if you even pay a second’s worth of attention, you’ll find it!
