Meet Dan:
Maybe it’s the parks. Maybe it’s the history. Or the food. Or the Zips. Maybe it’s the pride of your hometown and being near your family. My name is Dan Kadar, and I’m a journalist for Gannett, the parent company of the Beacon Journal.
It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly why we proudly exclaim that we’re just a kid from Akron. But I want to show off what I love about the Rubber City, and why I’m happy to tell people this is where I’m from and where I work.
