The holidays are here! Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, a great meal, something to do with family while they’re in town, or – let’s be honest – a lil something for yourself for making it to the end of 2021, this year’s gift guide has a little of everything for everyone.
Once again, I asked the Everyday Akron community what should be featured, and here’s what we came up with. I also asked for suggestions on how to organize the guide. A few people said to list them by neighborhoods, so you can explore one area at a time. (This gift guid is obviously not a comprehensive list of Akron-area businesses, but if you need more inspiration, check out last year’s gift guides.)
Local businesses are still experiencing effects of the pandemic. Please remember to be patient, whether you drop by their store or anxiously await your package to hit your doorstep.

The 2021 holiday gift guide starts out with Downtown Akron and moves through other neighborhoods, along with Cuyahoga Falls and Greater Akron. There are also online shopping options at the end. Happy shopping! And, more importantly, happy holidays!
