Living in a big-small town (small-big town?) we often feel quite plugged in to what’s happening. And yet… we’ve all been there… You’re sitting on the couch scrolling Instagram and see a friend is at a fun event… an event that you had zero idea was happening. Somehow, it didn’t hit your radar, even though it’s an event you would’ve purchased tickets for on day one.
The FOMO is real.
So we wondered where people are finding updates on news, events, happenings and more in the Greater Akron area. We’ve compiled a list of news organizations, bloggers, websites, entertainment venues and more to help you stay up to date on what’s happening in and around Akron all year long. (As always, the list isn’t conclusive, but it will get you off to a great start.)
Check them all out, bookmark your favorites, and have fun as you Explore More in 2024!
