What types of products or services do you offer?
We specialize in fast cash offers that provide solutions for any situation a seller is in. No agents, no fees, no fixing upโjust an easy sale on your terms. We make fair offers that are based on the market value and repairs needed.

How do you help your customers?
Most people who are looking to sell their house will be best served by listing it on the market with an agent. But some people are in difficult situations and need a cash offer. For example, they may be facing foreclosure and need a buyer who can act fast and provide certainty that they will close. Or perhaps they received a sudden job offer and need the cash from the sale before they move to pay for moving costs and to have money for a downpayment on their new home.

With a cash offer from my company, we can be flexible and tailor our offer to our customers’ unique situations. I didn’t realize when I started this business how much of an impact I could make on each individual seller I’ve worked with. It’s almost like I get to make “emotional income” on top of making a living.
How did the business get started?
I started my business in October 2021. I was getting tired of my desk job. The consistent overtime and travel for work limited my time with my newborn son and my wife. I had a dream of buying and renovating homes that I’d been sitting on for a while. My wife pushed me to chase my dream and I’m so grateful that she did.

What is your business’s relationship with the city of Akron?
We are located in Cuyahoga Falls and serve all of Summit County, including Akron! We are passionate about transforming the 330 one house at a time.

How do you see your business growing into the future?
Right now I’m a one man show. I see myself growing a small team of local people who are committed to helping impact people’s real estate journeys. Being able to provide high-quality jobs with good pay will be the ultimate contribution to my community.
