Meet Jeanine:
My family has lived in and around Akron for four generations and I’ve been an Akron resident, myself, for 10. My entire 20 year-plus career has been in Akron and I can’t imagine it happening anywhere else. I’m the Development and Communications Officer at Greenleaf Family Center. I love the history, the people, the connections – new and old – and the myriad of stories we’ve heard and still have yet to hear. I’m a storyteller at heart and Akron has provided me with so much in my life, I love to give a little back where I can, through volunteering, civic action, and through my work, primarily with local nonprofit organizations.
