Meet Nikki “Cricket” Rettman:
I’ve lived and (mostly) worked in the Akron area since 1993 (3rd grade for me 😆). My family and I spend tons of time in the Summit County Metro Parks (my husband and I got married at Firestone Metro Park!); when I started contemplating opening my brick & mortar henna studio, I knew I wanted it to be in or near Akron (and here I am now about to celebrating my 1-year Anniversary in Cuyahoga Falls!), and we love doing fun things in and around Akron like visiting the Art Museum and the Akron Rubber Ducks. Akron schools have done so well by my kids, and while I acknowledge there is always work to be done, I am so grateful for the experience my kids have had so far. I really look forward to being able to share my perspective on Akron!
