Meet Kara Lapso:
My name is Kara and I was born and raised in NE Ohio. Like many of you, I left and then returned, this time settling in Akron. While I grew up spending more time in Cleveland than Akron, I did spend a lot of time in the parks and places around Akron.
I am a social worker, mom, and outdoor + adventure lover. I am excited to spend the next week showing you all my favorite places to adventure and eat in town while also introducing you to the work that my nonprofit, Open Trail Collective, does in the community.
