Meet Erica Banks:
My name is Erica Banks and I was born and raised in Akron. I went to Firestone High School and graduated in 2007 💚💛. I went on to graduate from Central State University in 2011, obtaining my bachelor’s degree in sociology.
You may have seen my face from working at Job and Family Services, the Akron Canton Regional Foodbank, or Vantage Aging (formerly Mature Service).
Most of you will recognize me from being in 647 Coffee, a program of The Well CDC, where I am the Akron Food Works Coordinator.
I’ve been at The Well for four years in June. I help food entrepreneurs start and grow their food businesses through our shared-use kitchen and incubator.
Also….. I have my own mobile bartending and beverage company called Majestic Tails, where we mix up the best cocktails or mocktails for any occasion. We are licensed to manufacture our own syrups.
