Kevin Richards is a photographer and artist who lives in Fairlawn. He went to school at Myers School of Art at The University of Akron. He says, “Art has always been my passion. I fell in love with a camera for the first time when I was a teenager.”
Kevin feels that Akron is an amazing city: “Lots of great people live in these neighborhoods. They are passionate about growth and sustainability. Since the cost of living is reasonable compared to most places, it is a perfect place for artists to be able to create and flourish.”
Kevin’s favorite thing about Akron is watching the blimp and its colorful lights fly through the night sky. “I loved this as a child, and I still think it’s magical.”
