Meet Kristen:
Hey! I’m Kristen and I’m a mover and shaker born in Akron and raised locally. I grew up taking those long Sunday drives throughout Akron to get to my grandparents house with my dad telling me ALL THE STORIES! I didn’t appreciate them then, but I find myself reminiscing on those moments and now taking my family to check out all those spots and tell those crazy stories. I appreciate the heart and soul of the Rubber City and I love learning the history.
I took my fondness of supporting community and growing intentional connections by opening a boutique coworking and community space, in a pandemic, right on the West Akron/Fairlawn border. While launching a business in a pandemic has taught me some valuable life lessons, it has given me the opportunity to shine the light on the importance of uplifting our small business community, our unique and diverse culture while providing opportunities to lock arms and help others grow. I am a sponge for continuing to learn, share and grow our incredible city!
