How do you help your customers?

We rebuild physical, mental, and emotional strength through coaching, content, and connection so that you can experience more life and have more fun.

How did the business get started? 

It started in 2015 by husband and wife Dave and and Lauren Regula. They were looking to leave a long-term impact of health and wellness within their community.

What is your business’s relationship with the city of Akron and Akronites?

We have been a local business in the area for the last 8 years, helping to improve the health and fitness of our community.

We will continue to meet customers where they are at, helping them improve their health and fitness so they can go on to live big and enjoy life to the fullest.

We will continue to use sound science and years of experience to help people achieve their lasting results and continue on their journey with health.
