What types of products or services do you offer?
We’re real estate professionals, so we’ve been serving our tenants and our neighborhoods since 2019.
How do you help your customers?
Though we do not have customers per se, we want to be a local resource as a buyer of distressed and rundown properties for individuals and companies that want to sell their properties directly when it’s preferred or required. We’re a group of operators that turn around rough properties.
What is your business’s relationship with the city of Akron and Akronites?
I’m Akron born and raised. We only purchase/manage properties in and surrounding Akron.
How do you see your business growing into the future?
In time we will become more efficient at what we do, as well as all of the people and companies we work with, and hopefully we’ll make it to a point where we are really impacting neighborhoods in very positive way.
How can people support your business?
We’re hoping to one day be available or know when a landlord tired of maintaining properties decides to sell, or if an individual wants to sell a property quickly, whether it is inherited or their own, we would like to be a resource, just like a real estate agent would be, this way the option is available.
