What types of products or services do you offer?
Barmacy Bar & Grill, which opened in 2014, offers a full-service bar and restaurant experience featuring a wide selection of beers, bourbons, cocktails, and seasonal drinks, along with Mexican-inspired food and late-night dining.
We also offer happy hour specials, live music, karaoke, trivia, music bingo, sports watch parties, and other weekly entertainment in a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.
How do you help your customers?
Barmacy helps customers by providing a welcoming and comfortable neighborhood spot where they can relax, enjoy affordable drinks and food, watch sports, and connect with friends and the local community.
We create a fun experience through happy hour specials, live music, trivia, karaoke, music bingo, and other entertainment while focusing on friendly service and making everyone feel welcome.
What is your business’s relationship with the city of Akron and Akronites?
Barmacy has been part of the Akron community for nearly 20 years, building strong relationships with our customers, neighbors, and local organizations. We are proud to be a neighborhood gathering place where Akronites can meet, celebrate, enjoy local entertainment, and feel at home.
We also support local musicians, community events, and organizations and are committed to contributing to the continued growth and vibrancy of Akron and the Highland Square community.
How do you see your business growing into the future?
We see Barmacy continuing to grow as a neighborhood destination while staying true to the welcoming atmosphere that has made us part of the Akron community for nearly 20 years. We plan to expand our entertainment, community events, food and beverage offerings, and partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Our goal is to attract new customers while continuing to be a place where longtime customers feel at home, helping make Highland Square an even more vibrant destination in Akron.
